Sites and apps engineered to load fast and be found
A marketing site is infrastructure. It has to render fast on a mid-range phone, state what the company does in terms a machine can read, and be structured so an answer engine can quote it back correctly.
We build the front end and the content system behind it, so that publishing never requires a developer.
What engineered actually means here
Server-rendered pages with a real cache policy, rather than a client-side shell that resolves eventually. Structured data that names the organisation, its services and its articles as one connected graph instead of four disconnected snippets. An llms.txt and a full-text feed, because a growing share of the traffic that matters now arrives through a model rather than a results page.
Content that publishes itself
This site's Journal is one markdown file per article. Drop the file in, push, and the sitemap, the RSS feed, the social card, the structured data and the llms.txt entry are all regenerated from it. No code is touched to publish. We build the same arrangement for clients who intend to publish more than twice.
Where the speed actually comes from
Almost never from the framework. It comes from what sits on the critical path: fonts, blocking third-party scripts, images without dimensions, and a first byte that waits on a query it did not need to run. Those four get measured before anything is written.

Common questions
- How is this different from a website from an agency?
- Mostly in what happens after launch. A site built as a deliverable starts decaying on the day it ships. A site built as infrastructure has a publishing path, monitoring, and a position in search you can measure. We build the second kind.
- Do you do SEO?
- Technical SEO is part of the build: structured data, canonicals, sitemaps, feeds and Core Web Vitals. Ongoing content strategy is a separate conversation, and often the more valuable one.
- What stack do you use?
- Next.js on Vercel for most work, which is what this site runs on. The choice follows what the content system and the hosting have to do, not preference.
- Can you make our existing site faster instead of rebuilding it?
- Often, yes. The wins are usually in fonts, third-party scripts and image handling, and they are worth measuring before anyone proposes a rebuild.
