Who we are
Unity Horizon is "UNITY HORIZON" LTD, a company registered in Bulgaria (UIC 207706939) and run from Athens, Greece. We decide what happens to the data described here. Write to hello@unity-horizon.com about anything on this page.
The free AI visibility check
When you run the check, we collect and store:
- the website address you enter, and what we read from its public pages;
- the questions we write for that website and the answers AI assistants give to them;
- the score and report we build from those answers;
- a one-way hash of your IP address, so we can limit how many checks one network runs.
If you ask for the full report, we also store:
- your work email address and company name;
- when you asked, and when you first opened the report from our email.
We use these to run the check, to send the report you asked for, to follow up with you about your results, and to stop the check being abused. Sending the report is something you ask us to do. Following up and preventing abuse are in our legitimate interest; reply to any email from us, or write to us, and we will stop following up.
Scorecards are public to anyone with their link. They show a website address, its score, its grade and the month of the check, and they are kept out of search engines.
Who processes it
- Vercel hosts this site, runs its bot protection and measures visits.
- Upstash stores the checks and the report requests.
- Resend sends our emails.
- Google (Gemini), SearchApi.io and Perplexity receive the website address, what we read from its public pages and the questions we write, to ask and grade the AI answers. They never receive your email address or company name.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the safeguards they offer, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Checks, reports and scorecards: one year.
- The raw answers from AI assistants: 30 days.
- Your work email and company name: two years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Counters that limit how many checks run: one day.
Visits to this site
We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics and measure page speed with Vercel Speed Insights. Neither sets cookies or identifies you. Your browser keeps your light or dark theme choice; the address a report was sent to, until you close the tab; and the key from our email that opens your report again. Clearing this site's data removes all three.
Booking a call takes you to Calendly, whose own privacy policy applies there.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it, by writing to hello@unity-horizon.com. We answer within a month. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work, or to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection, where Unity Horizon is registered.
