02 / Product & Startup Studio
From concept to a product that survives real customers
We build the first version of software products alongside founders, and the second version once the first one has met its users. The work is senior-led: the people who scope an engagement are the people who write the code.
A studio engagement suits teams without an engineering organisation yet, or with one that is fully committed elsewhere.
What gets built
Applications, SaaS platforms and first versions, with the generative AI parts treated as product surface rather than a feature list.
We built Noxio, a cloud PMS and channel manager syncing one calendar across more than a hundred channels. We built askHermis, an omnichannel guest concierge answering in 38 or more languages. We built Invoice Organizer, an iOS receipt scanner that validates ΑΦΜ against the official Greek checksum. Different products, one shared constraint: somebody was going to depend on each of them on a Monday morning.
How the first eight weeks go
Week one is scope and architecture. From week two you get a working build every week, running against real data rather than fixtures. Nothing is demoed from a branch that is not deployable.
What you own
The repository, the cloud account and the deployment pipeline, from the first commit. There is no handover event because nothing is being held back.
What you get
- ◆Product architecture and data model
- ◆A deployable increment every week
- ◆Infrastructure and CI you own outright
- ◆Launch support and iteration
Common questions
- What does a first version cost to build?
- It depends almost entirely on how many integrations sit behind it. We give a fixed estimate after the architecture week, and that estimate is the one we hold to.
- Do you work with non-technical founders?
- Yes, and it works well when the founder owns the problem domain completely. We handle architecture and delivery; you keep every decision about what the product is for.
- Who owns the code?
- You do, from the first commit, in your own repository and your own cloud account.
- Can you take over a codebase someone else started?
- Usually. We read it first and tell you honestly whether continuing is cheaper than rewriting the part that hurts. That read is a short piece of work on its own.
